The MESH unit provides services to the high schools on the following schedule:

Monday-9:00am-3:00pm-Wilkes Central High School

Tuesday-9:00am-3:00pm-North Wilkes High School

Wednesday-8:30am-11:30am-West Wilkes High School
12:30pm-3:00pm-Wilkes Central High School

Thursday-8:30am-11:30am-East Wilkes High School
12:30pm-3:00pm-North Wilkes High School

Friday-8:30am-11:30am-Early College (located at Wilkes Community College)


Registration

In order to receive medical services on the mobile unit, each student must have a signed consent form on file with the MESH program.  These forms are available at each school’s main office.

Immunizations-

  1. Tdap or Tetanus

Referrals-

**The staff will arrange for referrals to providers of services as needed.  Information is available on Health Check/Health Choice and health care providers accepting new patients.
